The journey of Alcohol
Ho Lan Wine is a product created from the hills of Northeast Vietnam with over 20 types of medicinal plants and herbs, combined with Sticky yellow-flower Rice, mixed with groundwater sources in the Lake Nui Coc, past Traditional natural fermentation, distillation and incubation in cellar with the aim of taking the air under the ground and from that we creates pure drops of wine with both the flavor and taste of nature.
The first inspiration of Ho Lan Wine is the strong and wild, spicy and soothing wine. Whenever we raise the cup of Ho Lan wine, we seem to be returning to the national origin "The Dragon's Fairy" together. In there, the grain of rice is the pearl of the heaven and earth, the essence of the Creator giving to us, creating a delicious drink, a "language" of the Vietnamese people.

PROCESS OF SELECTING RAW MATERIALS
The raw material used is the premium Sticky yellow-flower Rice grown and took care on the fields of highland where having fresh climate. This will help rice paddy, rice grain to grow and mature in the best conditions.
PROCESS OF STORAGE WITH WOOD CARPET
The harvested rice will be preserved in large wooden barrels to ensure the time and the best conditions for the mature rice grains.

Rice paddy and grain are put into the factories to separate the husks before being put into cooking process.
Sticky rice is cooked into rice, allowed to cool (warm hands), then sprinkle with glaze (finely crushed), mix well and put in clean bucket to incubate. Waiting for 3 days for sticky rice and glaze has been imbued, blended together for a characteristic aroma, then add water in the appropriate proportion and put it in the jars to continue brewing.
PROCESS OF NATURAL FERMENTATION
After being cooked, the rice will be blended with the yeast and be put in the jars for natural fermentation. When it is incubated enough seven days, rice wine has reached maturity, it will be cooked and distilled.

Wine after being distillated is put into traditional gourmet jars in Tuan Minh cellars for many years to make wine mature.
